inspired by the food scenes in Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, fedwithmatcha was created to bring the same depth and respect for tea flavours to Singapore — especially at a time when the local matcha scene was still emerging.

for a long time, many matcha desserts leaned overly sweet or lacked the intensity. fedwithmatcha was built with a different intention: to craft bakes where matcha takes the lead, and tea flavours are treated with respect.

founded by Janka in April 2025, who left her healthcare career to pursue baking.

her love for baking began at the age of nine, learning alongside her mother in the kitchen.
