  • at the moment, we do not follow a fixed bake sale schedule.

    releases happen sporadically depending on menu development, baking capacity, and seasonal ideas. this allows us to thoughtfully introduce new matcha and tea bakes over time.

  • we specialise in matcha and tea bakes, crafted with ceremonial-grade matcha, quality tea powders, and premium ingredients such as French butter and couverture chocolate, allowing the depth and character of matcha and tea shine through in every bite.

    as our bakes are made in a home kitchen, they may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts.

    while we are not halal-certified, we do not use pork, lard, gelatin, or alcohol in our bakes.

  • our menu includes items such as fudgy brownies, soft-baked cookies, gateau cakes and seasonal bakes.

    our menu is not fixed. flavours and combinations may change from time to time as new ideas are developed.

  • our bakes are best enjoyed on the day of collection or delivery.

    as they are made without artificial preservatives, they can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 to 5 days or kept in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

    specific storage and consumption instructions may vary depending on the bake and will be shared during each release on our Telegram.
